With 32 years as a successful executive and marketing consultant, my primary experience has been with retail and insurance restoration industries. Working from the ground up in both of these industries has given me the vast experience needed to navigate and strategically help many companies build their marketing departments.
When we work together to build your marketing and sales, the first place we begin is by identifying your needs and goals. Before we can build a plan, we need to understand where you are and where you want to be. Once we determine your objectives, we will analyze your current position and can strategically build a plan of action.
Once the plan has been determined and implemented, together we will monitor your progress so we can begin to measure success. We will see what’s working and what isn’t and adjust accordingly. In this way, we can develop the strategies you need for a successful marketing and sales department.
With one-on-one coaching, you’ll receive private and confidential coaching that is specifically designed for your needs. When working individually, my highest objective is to help you reach your purpose, vision and goals by working through John Maxwell’s programs. Together, we will create a strategic, powerful plan for you to gain clarity through a weekly process, which includes interaction and accountability.
With group coaching, you will meet with a group in a small setting onsite or via webinar and video technology. A group coaching experience has many benefits, including the ability to have the entire group’s input, which magnifies the richness of the discussions. This results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create.
The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.
